2. Eligibility to Use

 - We do not own, manage, or control the travel services you book. Each booking is subject to the relevant Supplier’s terms and policies.
 - Your contract for the travel service is directly with the Supplier. Flymus provides booking facilitation, payment processing, and customer service support.
 
4. Account Registration
- Some services may require creating a Flymus account. You agree to provide accurate and updated information.
 - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
 - Flymus is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use unless due to our negligence.
 
5. Bookings & Payments
- By confirming a booking, you authorize Flymus or our payment partners to process charges to your selected payment method.
 - Prices displayed are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Taxes, surcharges, and service fees may apply.

- Flymus does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of information provided by Suppliers.

 - By using our services, you consent to such data handling, including sharing relevant information with Suppliers and service partners to complete your booking.
 
10. Intellectual Property
- All Flymus branding, logos, designs, software, and content are owned by or licensed to Flymus.
 - You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Flymus’s intellectual property without written permission.
 - You retain ownership of any content you post on our Platform but grant Flymus a license to use it for operational and promotional purposes.
