Flymus Travel Technology LLC (“Flymus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates as a travel services provider. Through our website, mobile application, and APIs (together, the “Platform”), we enable users to search, compare, and book flights, hotels, transportation, attractions, and other travel-related products and services offered by third-party suppliers (“Suppliers”).

  • Flymus acts solely as an intermediary between customers and travel Suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, activity providers, etc.).
  • We do not own, manage, or control the travel services you book. Each booking is subject to the relevant Supplier’s terms and policies.
  • Your contract for the travel service is directly with the Supplier. Flymus provides booking facilitation, payment processing, and customer service support.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

  • Cancellation, refund, and change policies are determined by the Supplier and will be shown at the time of booking.
  • Certain services may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time, though processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
  • Flymus may charge a handling fee in addition to Supplier fees for cancellations or modifications.

  • Flymus does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or completeness of information provided by Suppliers.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Acts, errors, or omissions of Suppliers.
    • Personal injury, property damage, delays, cancellations, or overbookings beyond our control.
    • Indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of enjoyment, missed connections, or lost profits).
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flymus’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in dispute.

  • Flymus collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • By using our services, you consent to such data handling, including sharing relevant information with Suppliers and service partners to complete your booking.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All Flymus branding, logos, designs, software, and content are owned by or licensed to Flymus.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Flymus’s intellectual property without written permission.
  • You retain ownership of any content you post on our Platform but grant Flymus a license to use it for operational and promotional purposes.
